BJP Pledges Special NRI Ministry in Telangana

BJP Promises of dedicated NRI Ministry in Telanga, India

BJP Pledges: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has committed to establishing an exclusive ministry for non-resident Indians (NRIs) in Telangana if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secures victory in the upcoming elections.

Emphasizing the significant number of individuals who have migrated to West Asia and other nations in pursuit of livelihoods, Shah underscored the necessity for an NRI-focused ministry to address their specific needs and enhance their welfare.

BJP Pledges for Ministry

During public addresses at Armoor as part of the election campaign on November 24, Shah articulated the BJP’s vision for Telangana, envisioning the state as the foremost in the country.

He asserted that the proposed NRI Ministry would play a pivotal role in catering to the requirements of those who have sought employment opportunities abroad, demonstrating the party’s commitment to the well-being of this demographic.

In a pointed critique of rival parties, Shah accused the BRS and Congress parties of pervasive corruption, alleging that they engage in practices like entertaining open tenders on dining tables to allocate ministries to the highest bidder.

According to Shah, these parties lack the inclination to support individuals endorsed by the people and, therefore, cannot contribute to the state’s progress in the same way the BJP envisions for Telangana.
