“You Are Bharat”: Bansuri Swaraj Empowers UAE Indians in Operation Sindoor Global Outreach
Operation Sindoor: Bansuri Swaraj Praises Indian Diaspora in UAE for Strengthening India’s Global Fight Against Terrorism
In a powerful and emotionally charged address to the Indian diaspora in the United Arab Emirates, BJP Member of Parliament Bansuri Swaraj affirmed India’s unwavering resolve against terrorism under the framework of Operation Sindoor. Her speech, delivered during the high-level global outreach program, resonated deeply with attendees, uniting the expatriate community under a common cause — the fight for justice, peace, and national pride.
Bansuri Swaraj, representing India as part of a prominent all-party delegation led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Eknath Shinde, emphasized the profound impact of the Indian diaspora on international diplomacy. “It is because of your contributions. It is because of the love that UAE has for you. It is because of what you bring — enriching their culture. It is because of your ethos that today Bharat stands tall. So please give a huge round of applause to yourself,” Bansuri Swaraj said, igniting the hall with thunderous applause.
Bansuri Swaraj’s remarks followed a series of high-level meetings, including a significant dialogue with Sheikh Nahyan Mabarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Co-Existence. Sheikh Nahyan extended his condolences for the victims of the recent Pahalgam terror attack, acknowledging the pain and resilience of the Indian people.
Operation Sindoor: A New Synonym for Justice and Strength
Launched in response to the brutal Pahalgam attack, Operation Sindoor symbolizes India’s firm retaliation against cross-border terrorism. Swaraj described it as a turning point, stating, “Sindoor is now a new synonym for justice, strength — because of the valour shown by the Indian Armed Forces.”
Bansuri Swaraj emphasized that India’s military response was both precise and restrained, targeting nine terrorist bases without escalating unnecessary conflict. “What happened on 22nd April was a barbaric attack on our faith and existence. When we gave a befitting reply, Pakistan chose escalation. But if you bring war to our door, we are going to bloody well finish it,” she stated firmly.
In her address, Swaraj made it clear: India was never the aggressor but a nation compelled to defend its sovereignty. She called on the diaspora to help shift the global narrative. “Each of you is a brahmastra. Carry the message of India’s truth — in your homes, your workplaces, your temples, your communities,” she urged.
Changing the Narrative, One Nation at a Time
The delegation’s visit to the UAE is just the first chapter in a broader diplomatic mission spanning four nations. The goal: to expose Pakistan’s propaganda, counter misinformation on social media, and promote India’s narrative of peace, justice, and zero tolerance for terrorism.
Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde echoed this sentiment, “Negativity spreads faster than positivity, but we are working hard to change that. This 13–14 day exercise will transform perspectives. Truth, no matter how much suppressed, will prevail.”
Joining Swaraj and Shinde were notable leaders including ET Mohmd Basheer, Atul Garg, Sasmit Patra, Manan Kumar Mishra, BJP veteran Surendrajeet Singh Ahluwalia, and former Ambassador Sujan Chinoy. Together, they form a cross-party united front projecting India’s strong and consistent stand against terrorism.
