US Aims to Reduce…

To foster collaboration and streamline procedures, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) introduced myUSCIS organizational accounts. These accounts allow multiple individuals within an organization, along with their legal representatives, to collaborate on H-1B registrations and petitions, aiming to mitigate technical issues and enhance efficiency.

Details regarding the upcoming H-1B Electronic Registration Process for FY 2025 were also provided by the USCIS.

The registration period, commencing on March 6 and concluding on March 22, mandates prospective petitioners to electronically register beneficiaries through a USCIS online account and pay the required fee.

Beginning with the FY 2025 registration, USCIS necessitates registrants to furnish valid passport or travel document information for each beneficiary, aligning with the intended document for US entry if granted an H-1B visa.
