Born in Sambhal (Sarai Tarin), Uttar Pradesh, India, Nadeem Akhter Tarin grew up with a deep appreciation for knowledge. His initial education was in an Urdu medium school, but his thirst for learning saw him transition to an English medium institution for secondary education.
He later pursued higher studies at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), a place that would shape his future endeavors. In 1979, he graduated with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, AMU. Recognizing his remarkable contributions, AMU honored him with an Honorary Doctorate in 2015.

Upon completing his engineering degree, Nadeem Akhter Tarin began his career as a Project Engineer at the Municipal Corporation of Delhi in 1980. However, destiny had bigger plans for him. He moved to Saudi Arabia, where he joined the Saudi Al Terais Trading, Industrial & Contracting Company as a site engineer.
Over the years, Nadeem Akhter Tarin ascended the corporate ladder, becoming a prominent business leader. Today, he is the Co-founder, Partner & Director of Inshaat Salman Al-Terais Contracting Co., KSA, and the Managing Director of Sultan Al-Saadi Est. His expertise in infrastructure and construction has contributed to numerous landmark projects in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
