Ghulati, emphasizing independence, believes the current incumbent has lost support, and another major party contender lacks voter inspiration. I aim to foster an open exchange of ideas and policies, he expressed, highlighting his commitment to involving people in the decision-making process.
Top priorities for Ghulati include making London safe, restoring movement, leveling up for Londoners, strengthening communities, and championing the city he has called home for over 20 years.
Launching his campaign in India, Ghulati explained, India is my birthplace, where I came into the world, and London is my workplace, where I conduct my professional activities. Initiating my mayoral campaign in India, I sought the blessings of elders, family, and well-wishers, considering it a significant step.
The official nominations occur in March, requiring candidates to present support through signatures and deposits. The final candidate list will be unveiled on April 2, a month before the election, shaping the landscape for this diverse mayoral race.
