Trump Towers India Expansion: New Projects in Noida, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru
India Becomes Global Hub for Trump Towers with Six New Luxury Projects
Following Donald Trump’s remarkable 2024 victory in the U.S. elections, India is now positioned to become the largest real estate hub for Trump Towers outside of the United States. In a major announcement, Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organization’s licensed partner in India, revealed six new projects totaling an impressive 8 million square feet.
Spread across Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, this expansion is expected to bring in a sale potential of over ₹15,000 crore, further cementing India’s role in the Trump brand’s global footprint.
India: The Fastest-Growing Market for Trump Towers
With four Trump-branded projects already established across Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Kolkata, India holds the highest number of Trump-branded developments outside the United States. The new additions across six prominent cities mark a historic first, particularly with Trump Towers entering fresh markets in Noida, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The latest venture not only signifies a growth milestone for Trump Towers but also redefines the standards of luxury in India’s real estate sector.
“India already has the highest number of Trump Towers outside the U.S., and with six more launches planned, India will surpass all other international markets,” stated Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers. “Our Trump projects are designed to be exclusive and iconic, setting the bar high for ultra-luxury properties. With these upcoming developments, Tribeca aims to elevate luxury standards and maintain its reputation as India’s top trophy property developer.”
New Developments Targeted for India’s Emerging Real Estate Hotspots
The six upcoming projects will follow two distinct development models: full-stack development and development management, each involving collaboration with top-tier local partners. This approach not only emphasizes the brand’s adaptability within India but also harnesses local expertise, optimizing market growth. Among the six, four projects are set to be announced as early as December, with launches expected between March and May 2025.
Tribeca’s choice of locations highlights India’s rapidly evolving urban landscapes. With repeat projects in Pune, Gurugram, and Mumbai, as well as new launches in Noida, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, these developments are positioned to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), and even celebrities.
Expanding the Trump Brand: First Office Project and Golf Villas in India
Breaking from tradition, one of the new ventures will mark the brand’s entry into the commercial real estate sector. This office project, located in Pune, is expected to bring an elite, globally recognized brand name into India’s premium office market. “This will be India’s first Trump-branded office space and is expected to be announced in December, with a potential launch in early 2025,” added Mehta.
Another pioneering venture involves a golf and villas project, catering to a niche yet highly affluent segment. This project represents the Trump brand’s commitment to combining world-class amenities with luxurious lifestyle offerings, expanding beyond residential projects and adding diversity to India’s high-end real estate market.
Trump World Towers and the Vision for Legacy Properties in India
Tribeca has ambitious plans for cities with existing Trump properties, including Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram. A second phase of these iconic properties may carry the title “Trump World Towers,” elevating them to an even higher standard of luxury and exclusivity. The repeat projects aim to build upon the success of the existing Trump Towers, which have become high-value, trophy assets in India.
“These developments are carefully crafted to uphold the unique luxury DNA that defines Trump Towers globally,” said Mehta. “The new Trump World Towers will set fresh benchmarks in each city, appealing to discerning buyers who seek distinction and grandeur in their homes.”
Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump to Visit India in 2025
As a further testament to the brand’s commitment to India, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are slated to visit the country in the first half of 2025. The purpose of their visit will be to launch these new Trump Tower projects, underscoring India’s crucial role in the Trump brand’s global expansion strategy.
Their upcoming visit is expected to draw significant attention from luxury real estate enthusiasts and investors alike, as it signals an unprecedented level of dedication to the Indian market. By bringing Trump family members to the country, Tribeca intends to reinforce India’s importance as a strategic location for the Trump Organization’s overseas ventures.
