Sunjay Sudhir’s appointment as Ambassador of India to the UAE in 2021 marked a defining phase in his career — and in India-UAE relations. His tenure coincided with one of the most transformative periods in the history of bilateral cooperation.

Under his stewardship, the partnership between the two nations deepened across trade, technology, education, energy, and culture.
