“The world has changed,” Ahuja shared. “Cheap capital is gone. We need a leadership style fit for the new reality—and Vaisagh brings that with excellence.”

It wasn’t a farewell, but an evolution. Ahuja now serves as Non-Executive Director on the board, guiding strategy and supporting leadership with wisdom earned from the battlefield.

Importantly, he’s kept every single share. His belief in the company, the team, and the mission remains unshaken.
