As the Allen E. and Allen M. Pearce Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, Prof. Kumara has been at the forefront of innovation for decades. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Production Engineering from S.V.U College of Engineering, Tirupati, followed by an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras. His passion for research and innovation then led him to Purdue University, where he earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, setting the stage for a life dedicated to shaping the future of manufacturing and technology.
