Medical Missions (Medical YATRA): Over the past 20 years, Shah has led medical teams to underserved regions across India, Africa, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, Ecuador, Guyana, Uganda, Kenya, and Burundi. Known as Medical YATRA, these missions provide vital healthcare, life-saving surgeries, and medical supplies to communities in need.

In recent years alone, he has visited nearly 80 classrooms across Cuyahoga and Lake Counties, inspiring students with lessons on business, leadership, and global citizenship. Through programs like E CITY and Youth Opportunities Unlimited, he has coached youth on writing business plans, prepared them for pitch competitions, and guided them in building resumes that open doors to new opportunities.
Shah often tells his students, “You are my pumping station. You pump energy, vitality, and hope into my life.” This deep connection with youth reflects his belief that true change begins with empowering the next generation.
