Today, the NDNA represents over 24,000 nurseries and trains 35,000 educators every year. Her strategic acumen led to the establishment of NDNA’s presence across Scotland and Wales, and even internationally in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, India, and Thailand.
She also spearheaded the creation of the National Early Years Enterprise Centre in Huddersfield, which now serves as a global hub for innovation and excellence in early education.
