Her diverse training in classical dance forms such as Bharata Natyam, Kathak, and Odissi added depth and nuance to her artistic expression.

Anita Majumdar burst onto the scene with her captivating one-woman play, “Fish Eyes,” showcasing her versatility and skill by portraying multiple characters.

Her breakthrough role as Davinder Samra in the CBC television film “Murder Unveiled” earned her accolades, including the prestigious Best Actress award at the 2005 Asian Festival of First Films.
