For medical examinations conducted before November 1, 2023, the previous policy applies, with Form I-693 retaining evidentiary value for two years from the date of the civil surgeon’s signature.
This distinction arises from the lack of electronic sharing or reporting requirements before the specified date.
However, Operation Allies Welcome parolees’ Form I-693 filings have a different validity period.
Their forms maintain evidentiary value for three years from the date of the civil surgeon’s signature, as determined in consultation with the CDC.
