More and More Professionals leave for Abroad

After the Covid-19 pandemic, countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and several others are grappling with a severe labour shortage caused by an aging population and declining birth rates.

To address this issue, these nations are revamping their immigration systems at the national, state, and regional levels, with the aim of attracting highly skilled professionals from various fields like IT, healthcare, and more.

There has been a noticeable surge in the global demand for talented individuals as countries recognize the significance of attracting skilled workers to support their economic growth and overall development.

Indian IT professionals are highly sought after globally, with Silicon Valley witnessing the success stories of notable figures like Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, and Arvind Krishna. The Gulf countries have traditionally welcomed Indian healthcare professionals, and in recent years, European and North American nations have also shown interest in attracting Indian healthcare workers.

Following the pandemic, government data indicates a sustained increase in the demand for nurses trained in India from countries such as Canada and Ireland.

India ranks second, after the Philippines, in terms of the number of nurses migrating to foreign countries in search of better job prospects and higher salaries. European countries have been actively recruiting AI engineers from around the world and Indians are in demand there as well.
