Investigations into the matter unearth a complex history, shedding light on the 3-acre site’s ownership. The property belongs to Dolphin Apparao, Ramoji Rao’s brother-in-law and a close relative.

Leased decades ago, the land became the site for the Eenadu office. Over time, legal disputes and tensions arose between Ramoji Rao and the plot’s original owners. Eventually, the property was relinquished by Ramoji Rao to Dolphin Apparao’s relative.

In an intriguing turn, the land was then handed over to a developer for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of NRI Hospital, as per reliable sources.

The resolution of this long-standing issue has prompted many to reassess the situation, suggesting that the power dynamics surrounding Jagan Mohan Reddy might not be the sole driving force behind the decision.

This unfolding saga reveals the intricacies of land ownership, legal conflicts, and familial ties, challenging initial assumptions about the motivations behind Eenadu’s office relocation. As details continue to emerge, a more nuanced understanding of the situation is essential to grasp the full scope of this complex narrative.
