The investigation revealed that Mia had lured the unsuspecting child into meeting him in his car, where he intended to touch & penetrate her with his finger, even asking to have sex with him. Shockingly, he even mentioned his desire to become engaged to the young girl, further underscoring the calculated nature of his intentions.
